Hi, I am Sandeep, Mother of two headstrong girls. I have been in training myself for the last 8 years and part of the fitness industry for over 6yrs.
My own fitness journey and the lack of support started me on the Personal Trainer certification to arm myself with the knowledge to improve my health and wellbeing. Instead of focusing on the scale and measurements I learnt to connect with my emotions and improve my relationship with myself and food.
Personal training can’t be compartmentalized where we don’t include other aspects of our life.

The workout experience is fantastic with Sandeep; she pushes the limits and constantly innovates the program by introducing new exercises and variations. I feel significant improvement in my core strength and mobility. I started with Sandeep post natal when I was diagnosed of Diastisis Recti( also known as abdominal separation). She has immense knowledge on the topic and she knows what exercises are suitable. She is a yoga guru and also trained and certified in many kinds of strength and flow training. It’s never boring with her because every session she tries to bring something new to your exercise regime. She is not just a personal instructor but more of a health coach. She has immense knowledge on nutrition, teaches you to achieve better health by making small changes to your food habits and always pushes you to maintain an active lifestyle. Sandeep has helped me to understand my body. I am not a gym person and didn’t know anything about weights and strengthening. Sandeep with patience has made me aware of strengthening and how important it is to make our core strong. Well I came across this wonderful human being through one of my close acquaintance Nandini Ma’am who also takes sessions from her. I wanted to go into yoga as a beginner of course, because of my health issues, and when she started with me I definitely felt so many positive changes within me. She is always very supportive and patient when conducting her sessions with me and definitely gives full attention to what and how I am doing, further making sure I am doing it all as required. She manages to observe even to the minutest thing while I am doing the exercises and further explains as to how and why it will work for me.
