1. JOINING 21/60/90 DAY CHALLENGE FOR WEIGHT LOSS
Such Challenges are mainly to build habits and weight loss a byproduct of those efforts.The Challenge doesnt take into account your current fitness levels and any particular concerns you might have. You tend to push yourself as it’s a group effort and don’t want be the only one unable to achieve what others might easily achieve.These challenges soon become a race more than being a conscious effort to understand what works for you.

You forget to offer yourself grace and then to push yourself without listening to your body.

2. FALLING OFF THE GRID –
Once the challenge is over, returning back to old ways and habits as an EARNED REWARD or taking a break.

Breaks are good, nothing wrong with them but the break needs to end at some point. For some the exhaustion of showing up for a challenge is strong which they don’t account for and it takes them awhile to overcome that.

3. MORE CARDIO EQUALS MORE WEIGHT LOSS –
Cardio as the name suggest is for Cardiovascular Health.

If weight loss is your goal sort your nutrition and start strength training(in different forms), then adding Cardio even in form of brisk walk adds to your N.E.A.T – Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis.

▪Yoga
▪NEAT (Non Activity Exercise Thermogenesis)
▪Brisk Walk
▪Balanced Nutrition
