Workout Plan Includes

  • Two workout plans which include body weight, resistance bands and free weights exercises
  • Videos explaining how the exercise is to be performed
  • Videos shared by the trainee to check their form and receive feedback from the trainer

Details

    • Customised Monthly plan of 30 mins each day for 5 days. 2 days of rest
    • Trainee to share weekly progress via the sheet shared
    • 2 video share in a month. One at the start of the month and 2nd video mid-month to assess trainee’s exercise form. Please make sure the video quality is good with the trainee being fully visible in the video with the required video angle/(s).
    • If you have consistently followed the plan for a month, only then can the workout plan be changed or upgraded as per the scenario/situation for the trainee.
    • Monthly plan – SG$200
    • Subsequent Month purchase of the plan will be at 5% discount.
    • Third and subsequent months purchase of the plan will be at 10% discount.
    • Pls note that the offered discount will NOT be applicable incase of month break in the plan subscription
    • Payment (in advance) via PayNow or Paylah to my number
