Workout Plan Includes

  • Warmup
  • Mobility drills to work on the range of motion of the joints
  • Strength Training Plan involves compound and accessory exercises using
    • Bodyweight exercises
    • Animal Flow Movement
    • Resistance band workouts
    • Dumbbells/ Kettlebells/Barbell (if you are comfortable using weights)
    • Building Pelvic Floor & Core Strength
  • Circuit training – gradually progression to improve strength and conditioning
  • Cool down

Details

    • Training at your location at a time mutual convenient in the morning or first half of the Day
    • Duration 60 min per session
    • Minimum Payment (in advance)- 4 sessions via PayNow or Paylah to my number
    • Minimum 1 session per week
    • Pricing (per session):
      • Individual @ SGD 100/-
      • Partner/2 pax @ SGD 150 /-
    • Cancellations or change of timing (subject to availability) pls inform 24hrs in advance unless an emergency. Last minute cancellation will result in the session being forfeited
