Hi, I am Sandeep, Mother of two headstrong girls. I have been in training myself for the last 8 years and part of the fitness industry for over 6yrs.
My own fitness journey and the lack of support started me on the Personal Trainer certification to arm myself with the knowledge to improve my health and wellbeing. Instead of focusing on the scale and measurements I learnt to connect with my emotions and improve my relationship with myself and food.
Personal training can’t be compartmentalized where we don’t include other aspects of our life. To be able to improve physical levels one needs to focus on their emotional and mental aspects, stress levels, sleep (both quality and quantity) nutrition and only then can training play an important role in helping us achieve the results we want.
I am on a mission to empower all my trainees with the knowledge to improve their Health & Wellness.
My aim is to empower the trainee to take Charge of their fitness journey as we work together to improve their mobility, strength and stamina.
I believe everyone knows where they want to be when they connect with their intuition their own deeper conscious levels and not view themselves through the myopic vision others have of how you should look and feel.
I am constantly upskilling myself to better understand the needs of my trainees and assist them in improving their fitness levels
