A small group online class comprising of max 4 trainees making it a semi-personal training session. The class is designed based on the group’s current Fitness levels taking into account any injury or medical condition. In the Online Semi Private Class, one can choose to join either Yoga Class or Strength training class or both as these are conveniently paced over the week. It involves both compound and accessory exercises.

Sandeep is an amazing yoga teacher. The best part of her is, she doesn’t compromise with the posture even you are doing an online class also. She is very particular and a disciplined coach.

Sandeep's dedication and thorough understanding and execution of form comes across so effortlessly which is something you need to experience to believe it is that GOOD. She incorporates so many variations to suit all the trainees with different fitness levels. A special mention about her mobility with breathwork session which has been truly rewarding. What seemed like some simple laid back exercises have been so beneficial that I could climb up to the 3rd floor terrace without my knees hurting or stopping to catch my breath.
