Online Small Group Classes (Semi Personal Training)

A small group online class comprising of max 4 trainees making it a semi-personal training session. The class is designed based on the group’s current Fitness levels taking into account any injury or medical condition. In the Online Semi Private Class, one can choose to join either Yoga Class or Strength training class or both as these are conveniently paced over the week. It involves both compound and accessory exercises.

Online Group Yoga Sessions Focus on :

  • To improve joint mobility and gradually build strength at the end range of motion.
  • Release tension and help build stamina.
  • Emphasis is on learning the correct technique and improving the form gradually
  • The session is designed using a mix of the following
    • Diaphragmatic Breathing
    • Pranayama (Breathing exercise)
    • Mobility/ Warmup
    • Hip Opening
    • Shoulder opening
    • Yoga Asana
    • Yoga Flow
    • Savasana
    • Pranayama (Breathing)

Details

    • Group size for online session is 4 ppl max (it’s a small group class, to provide proper attention to each individual)
    • Group online session -$25 SGD per session of 1 hr.
    • Training will conducted on Zoom.
    • Duration 60 min per session.
    • Minimum Payment (in advance)- 10 sessions via PayNow or Paylah to my number.
    • The 10 session are valid for 12 weeks from the date of payment.
    • Incase I cancel the session I will extend the package validity by 1 session or 1 week as applicable.
    • Minimum 1 session per week.
    • Cancellations or change of timing (subject to availability) pls inform 12hrs in advance unless an health emergency.
    • For no show (post confirmation) there won’t be any refund
