02 Jul After a Heavy Lifting Day
It happens to most of us and I feel it too especially more so after crossing the 45th year mark. If the next day is my Rest day great, otherwise I do my mobility work before doing a low intensity work that helps me train without push myself harder.
You can Rest it out if you wish to however few things you can still do
Mobility Work combined with breathing
Yoga
NEAT (Non Activity Exercise Thermogenesis)
Brisk Walk
Balanced Nutrition
