After a Heavy Lifting Day

It happens to most of us and I feel it too especially more so after crossing the 45th year mark. If the next day is my Rest day great, otherwise I do my mobility work before doing a low intensity work that helps me train without push myself harder.

You can Rest it out if you wish to however few things you can still do

▪️Yoga
▪️NEAT (Non Activity Exercise Thermogenesis)
▪️Brisk Walk
▪️Balanced Nutrition
